You can very well envision supporting our team with guest and travel management matters in preparing and overseeing national and international events. You are good at establishing seamless exchange and information flow between participants and project management, are glad to take on organizational and logistical tasks related to flight and hotel bookings and are also committed to looking after participants on site.

You also offer the following:

· Completed schooling in event management, the hotel industry or tourism

· Initial work experience

· Independence and reliability when processing participant data and bookings

· The ability to advise a variety of guests and customers in a service-oriented manner

· Enjoyment of travel and operating in an international event environment
