For our offices in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a Senior Concept Developer (m/w/d) in the area of live communication for immediate employment.

Your duties and responsibilities

Together with an interdisciplinary team and our partner companies, you develop unique, experience-oriented concepts. You make brands and companies live and also create digital experiences for them. You assume responsibility in the team and for projects. You represent your concepts in the team as well as during external presentations in German and English.

Your profile

· You have a degree in communications, marketing, event or media management or an equivalent practice-oriented education.

· You have four to five years of experience working for an agency in the field of concept creation, communications, media and/or marketing.

· You have managed content-related projects.

· You are a strategic thinker and goal-oriented and build your concept ideas on this.

· You are aware of current trends and developments in live and digital communication.

· You work independently and reliably with internal and external service providers.

· Your coworkers describe you as creative, communicative, sympathetic, self-confident and a 

Team player

· You are a highly eloquent speaker and writer and have very good knowledge of English in both the spoken and written word

· You have excellent skills using MS Office (especially PowerPoint).

· Advantages: experience or proven interest in conferences and work shop methods (live and digital)
