IDEA 

With the e-tron Q8, Audi combines the features of an off-road vehicle with a purely electric drive. In order to optimally showcase these features, the test drive took place against the rugged natural backdrop of South Africa and on unique sections of road.

IMPLEMENTATION 

In the stunning surroundings of Cape Town, some 120 international journalists and bloggers had the opportunity to convince themselves of the improved technology and the new design of the SUV, and to discuss the various details with experts. The participants were briefed while taking in Cape Town's uniquely beautiful landscape with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain. The test routes covered the absolute top highlights and led through the National Park to the Cape of Good Hope, along the coast and Chapman’s Peak and into Stellenbosch Vineyards.

CONCLUSION 

The media and social media participants were impressed by the event and the Cape Town destination and praised the successful implementation. The rich colors of the South African landscape made for some extremely rewarding photo motifs.
