More than 8,000 employees, 14 sites, dozens of brands. Nestlé in Germany is a very colourful and diverse company. How can this be brought to life for the employees?



IMPLEMENTATION


Taking surprising paths. Rather than a digital solution, we opted for printed magazine that stands out and arouses curiosity. A magazine that has a place of honour and is proudly displayed - like a coffee table book. This is how 'Nestblick' came about - a high-quality, 74-page employee magazine that is published once a year and sent directly to employees' homes. Each issue is personalised and includes a thank you for the previous year, reinforcing the feeling that it is 'their' magazine.



CONCLUSION


Nestblick has been a resounding success. It was the talk of the factory floor and offices for days and received excellent ratings in an internal survey. The magazine has succeeded in strengthening the sense of togetherness and the employees' pride in their company.
